Its when someone offers a Vanquisher(http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Vanquisher) Service to someone else (whos lazy, or dont have time, or w/e)
some area's outposts only have 4 slots, and if you AFK, that means the vanquisher+2 heroes, witch can make bigger mobs very hard.
therefor the g per foe slain raises as the slots get lower.
